From the set of You Again, Kristen Bell picked out her must-have items for the Autumn.

Speaking to Glamour, the actress said:

"I just bought a baggy cardigan from Rebecca Taylor - it feels like shag carpet on the outside. And it looks great with a white tank top and jeans.”

As for Kristen’s favorite denim brands of the season?

“AG Jeans or Joe’s Jeans work for me. I have quite the backside for my size--and I’m all about embracing the booty.” (Now that's our kinda girl!)

While we were talking I couldn’t but also notice that Bell was sporting a gorgeous indigo form-fitting frock (“I think it’s either Phillip Lim or Alexander Wang—but the wardrobe department cut out the tag!”) as well as faux acne. (No, that's definitely not a new trend: It was just the special effects makeup for her teenage, breakout-prone character).

For those of you who are jealous of her being able to spend all day in fancy designer duds, know that this starlet has had her own thrifty moments too: “When I first moved to LA at age 21, I lived on a friend’s couch for four months,” she says, making it sound like the time of her life.

Then you'll love this one: When I caught up with Kristen, she was filming a bridal shower scene with veteran stars Sigourney Weaver, Jamie Lee Curtis and the one and only Betty White, who offered some practical advice about the best place to shop for fall: “I like this shop called The Back of My Closet,” Betty confided. Who knew the Golden Girl was such a recessionista?

Megan Mullally, better known as Karen from Will and Grace has joined the cast of Party Down. The actress will play the part of Lydia Dunfree, who leaves her small town and her failed marriage to help her 13-year-old daughter Escapade achieve her dream of becoming an actress. In addition to working as a cater-waiter for Party Down, Lydia is looking for Mr. Right.

We can't think of a better replacement for Jane Lynch who leaves to join the cast of Glee as a season regular.

Divine.ca has declared the top ten shows we miss the most.

Although Veronica Mars only reached number 10, over 50% of readers agreed it should be higher. But why do we miss it so?

Veronica was a spitfire of a character, smart yet not obnoxious, which was a great change of pace from the usual bevy of TV teens. Plus, the fact that the series got cancelled unexpectedly, it left for an unsatisfactory series finale, leaving us wanting more!

Other shows missed include Gilmore Girls, My So Called Life, The West Wing and Friends. The Wonder Years topped the poll.

No Sex and The City or Joan of Arcadia? [Ed - That was axed long before its expiry date. *sob* )

The Dish Rag recently sat down with Kristen Bell on the set of her new Disney comedy, “You Again,” shooting in Pasadena.

It's a comedy also starring Kristen Chenowith, Jamie Lee Curtis, Sigourney Weaver and Betty White.

We’d been told 'NO photos.' And when we saw her face, we realized why.

OMG, girl was totally Zit City. We've heard of Breakout Stars, but this was In Sane.

We were relieved to hear that the red dots all over Kristen's face, arms and legs were just movie makeup done to make her look as if her character had fallen into a nest of angry red ants. Which she does. She also falls down a hill, gets attacked by a dog, tumbles into a compost heap and other assorted physical comedy moments.

“I had these [red dots] done yesterday, and last night I did not wash my arms with soap – I’ll come right out and say it – because they wash off only with soap,” Bell admitted. “So I washed my face and I just sort of rinsed my body. I wear this for about a week and a half and it’s pretty embarrassing, as you can imagine."

Told she could get a million-dollar skincare gig right now, she laughed and replied, “I could, right. Exactly. That’s all I need to do. They’ll approach me and say, ‘We’re ready to go in with Proactiv.”

She’s worked with her favorite makeup artist, Simone Siegel, to get the dotty look.

“She actually just dots right over some of my real blemishes," Bell reveals. "So it’s a real good cheat."
